The High Resistant fence system was primarily developed to protect the areas where industrial robots operate, where there is high risk of physical collision between the robotic arms and the safety fence. It can be used as an additional safety fence or combined with the FLEX and Custom Line Frame safety fence system. If those hazardous areas require human operation despite the risks, Bruhl’s special inward opening sliding doors and inward-opening safety swing doors can be installed, which provides complete security.
Enhanced stability
The post and the plate profiles are fitted together. An all-round weld is done all the way around the part where the post and the plate meets. This setup ensures enhanced stability and durability.
Attached Fastening System
The fastening materials attached to the screws will not fall off from the grid elements.
Mechanical halt
The L-profile tabs positioned inside the upper protective fence acts as stoppers that prevents the grill panel from being pushed out.
